Job Responsibilities:
∎ Select feasible 3-4 hybrid rice
∎ Ensur labor supply according to block and chatal demand and sending seed to SPC for processing
∎ Ensure timely supply of adequate amount / number of equipment and materials for production purpose e.g. spray machine, barrier, generator, triple etc. and follow up proper use of those materials
∎ Ensure quality inputs for the program justified minimum rate with quotation from different sellers
∎ Take initiative selling different materials such as R line, old gunny bags etc to the buyer at maximum price with purchase committee
∎ Justify distribution of different inputs to contract growers and signature to inputs distribution register and slip
∎ Ensure rent of 4 to 5 quality full chatal (15000 sft/chatal) for respective area
∎ Ensure land measurement according to plots lease / CG land
∎ Purchase rice seeds from the contract’s growers 12 % moisture level
∎ Ensure inputs storage proper way after uses (wash, cleaning and drying) and update an input maintenance register
∎ Report to Farm Manager /Sr. FM, Hybrid Rice every month
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other task as and when required by the management
