Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze existing feed production processes to identify opportunities for optimization, including streamlining workflows, reducing waste and improving resource utilization.
∎ Develop and implement solutions to enhance process efficiency and productivity while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
∎ Oversee feed manufacturing processes, including batching, mixing, pelleting, and packaging, to ensure adherence to formulation specifications, production schedules, and safety protocols.
∎ Design and implement automation and control systems to optimize feed manufacturing processes and minimize human error.
∎ Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction and quality enhancement within the feed production operation.
∎ Collect, analyze and interpret data related to feed production processes, machine performance and quality metrics.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards applicable to feed manufacturing operations.
