∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ PGD in supply chain management will be prefered.

∎ Keep positive attitude to visit market and factory as per schedule.
∎ Work closely with the team members, user, and suppliers.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze technical data and specification to determine the goods requirement after getting purchase requisition (PR) for different Machineries (Knit Textiles) & spare parts, consumable materials in Industry and other services.
∎ Planning for procurement of equipment, services, and other supplies.
∎ Able to control procurement activities for individual business unit.
∎ Possess full procurement cycle ( RFQ- Collect Quotation - Formulate CS- Prepare PO/WO- Delivery of material on time).
∎ Review and analyze vendors/suppliers performance, quality of suppled material and pricing option.
∎ Physical competence to visit marketplace and industrial unit periodically.
∎ Communicate with different stakeholders regarding the nature and function of purchased equipment.
∎ Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other important data.
∎ Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future developments.
∎ To keep liaison with related factory personnel and other departments (like Store, Maintenance, Audit, Accounts & Finance etc.)
