∎ BBA/MBA/Masters in any disciplinary
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers
∎ Estimate and establish budgets for purchases
∎ Prepare the monthly purchase budget based on the forecast.
∎ Submit CS to the authority for approval and issue purchase order to the supplier.
∎ Review all vendors and suppliers.
∎ Maintain purchase records and other important data.
∎ Quotation collection from various vendors/ suppliers.
∎ Checking the price of procured goods by visiting the market frequently and prepares comparative statement.
∎ Develop plans for purchasing services, and supplies.
∎ Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards.
∎ Work with team members to complete duties as needed.
∎ Maintain and update a list of suppliers.
∎ Follow up shipment against PO and purchase suppliers to delivery on time. Collection & processing of bills for ensuring timely payment.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
