Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have Graduate in any discipline with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations. (BBA/ MBA/ Masters in Commerce will be given preference)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Any professional course on supply Chain Management will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain supplier database, purchase records, related documentation and day to day operational activities of procurement department in ERP software
∎ Ensure quality standards and specifications of all procured items
∎ Collect quotations from vendors / suppliers and negotiate to get the best price; prepare comparative statement and take approval from higher authority
∎ Issue purchase order, track the order and ensure delivery on time; review of purchase product
∎ Monitor stock level and place order as needed; coordinate with inventory department to ensure proper storage
∎ Control expenses; build a culture of savings and procurement cost
∎ Build and maintain good relationship with clients / vendors, as well as the entire team to understand needs and objectives
∎ To draw money through IOU for purchase goods/items from local market and adjust by deposit proper bills / vouchers
∎ Make an effective daily work plan and execute it accordingly; maintain requisition follow-up chart to find out pending requisition
∎ Explore local markets and collect information about item, quality and price; staying up-to-date with the latest market and industry trends
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Knowledge about raw materials, competitive price forecasting and worker management
∎ Excellent in work prioritization, time management as well as the ability to adapt to work under pressure and challenging environment
∎ Must have Communication, analytical ability, problem solving and report writing skill
∎ Must have leadership skill, management skill of production operation
∎ Must have using capabilities of MS Office
∎ Able to work under stress situation
