Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze all requisition (MPR) and sort required items for purchase.
∎ Coordinate stakeholders to make the item specified and arrange a sample if necessary.
∎ Sourcing for new material and suppliers.
∎ Cost-effective purchase with optimum time.
∎ Focus on material and processing lead time and take analysis to reduce.
∎ Take quick action for a short lead time order.
∎ Assess the product cost with the current Market price.
∎ Generating Work Order as per company purchasing procedure.
∎ Check work order price with the approval matrix.
∎ Make a price comparison for approval.
∎ Close follow-up with Maintenance and concern stakeholders.
∎ Categories items and find out the supply market to the immediate source.
∎ Negotiation with supplier for the price, quality, and lead time.
∎ Working with Store dept. closely to use excess goods in order to reduce excess inventory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Office, E-Mail operation

Salary: Negotiable
