∎ Bachelor's degree in Statistics / Accounting/Finance from IBA/ Dhaka University/ North South / BRAC/AIUB is highly appreciated.
∎ All first class in whole academic history is preferred but at least at SSC & HSC level is must.
∎ At least first class at SSC & HSC Level exam.

∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Age: Relaxed for truly deserving candidate
∎ Should understand the specifications of the data to prepare an authentic MIS report.
∎ Regular analysis of different reports and data.
∎ Excellent computer skills including specialized Microfinance Management Software dealing with MIS, AIS, HR, Inventory, FAMs, Procurement, etc.
∎ Practical experience with a variety of software applications.
∎ Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
∎ Ability to motivate and inspire Branch Users.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Microfinance Program
∎ Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Database Management etc.
∎ Both male & female are allowed to apply.
∎ Pleasant and presentable personality with strong character.
∎ Have to be punctual, smart and energetic.
∎ Diligent & honest.
∎ Mentality to work extended hours.
