Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store/ inventory, Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the receiving register of Stores, Spare, Raw Materials and physical inventory.
∎ Prepare the daily MRR (Materials Receiving Report) after certifying the quality of local materials.
∎ Conduct material inventory according to invoice of local materials.
∎ Check the daily issued materials, closing balance along with updating the Bin Card.
∎ Maintain all types of supporting work in store with related department.
∎ Receive, Issue and maintain the inventory of Electrical, Civil and all other General items.
∎ Inspect visually and ensure the quality.
∎ Prepare and maintain the GRN related with other documentation.
∎ Prepare Coding, PR & IR with concern personnel.
∎ Issuing move order, transaction and posting the data in ERP.
∎ Prepare the Sale and Delivery Challan.
∎ Prepare Final and Returnable gate pass, Checking and receiving the material, posting the data.
∎ Communicate with Procurement department regarding PR, PO and Pending Supply.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the Superiors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience in steel sector or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
∎ Basic knowledge on inventory software.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in computer literacy, Inventory Management, ERP (Oracle).
∎ Fluent English in speaking, writing and listening is must.
∎ Should have good leadership quality and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong analytical & interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Must be adjustable with factory environment & able to shifting duty.
∎ Should have knowledge in modern Ledger Management system.
∎ Work Under Pressure and Inventory Reconciliation.

Salary: Negotiable
