Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive the documents & goods from the supplier properly & appropriately according to Challan.
∎ Issue proper items to each department correctly.
∎ Maintain the goods total stock up to-date in the ‘HIS’ (Hospital Inventory System)·
∎ Monitoring all the Store Operations work to run all the Inventory works properly.
∎ Give reports of the goods total stock status to the authority.
∎ Analysis all the stocks status & maintain accuracy of the inventory control.
∎ Active participation in crafting company strategy towards the goal.
∎ Making GRN in the System with proper bill of individual Items.
∎ Perform all types of Store operations according management requirements.
