∎ Assisting and training fellow worker in purpose of IE so that he can take the role in leading position preparing SMV calculation and line layout plan.
∎ Job Location: Ishwardi EPZ, Ishwardi, Pabna
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing IE related activities daily basis as a process developer
∎ Conducting worker skill test and salary confirmation
∎ Operation breakdown based on target
∎ Identify the critical operation well in advance and orient fellow workers or staff of IE /supervisor
∎ Advance to run the production lines, when production starts.
∎ Prepare the machines and other requirements in advance and inform the management
∎ Monitor everyday hourly production in every unit/ lines and take necessary action.
∎ Should have strong personality to lead the subordinates as well as to get maximum output of his responsibilities
∎ Candidate must have ability to calculate product feasibility, SMV & Target.
∎ Can make proper balanced layout with operation bulletin.
∎ Method/Motion study knowledge with Work place engineering.
∎ Able to make the consumption report for Thread/Piping or other accessories.
∎ He will be working with process improvement as an IE Officer
∎ Making the layout of cutting department
∎ Make SMV break down.
∎ Prepare Layouts and Process route.
∎ Line balancing and downtime recording and suggestions for productivity improvement.
∎ Line balancing & Method of Work.
∎ Understand and can implement QCO
∎ Lean Management Activities
∎ All IE related jobs in the factory
