Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive all incoming calls and forward outgoing calls.
∎ Track all incoming and outgoing calls and report to management.
∎ Receive document, letter, message time to time and handover those documents to correspondent person.
∎ To manage and update telephone directory of the organization.
∎ Guest/visitor, delegate management, messaging and reminders for concerned officers.
∎ Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels from home and abroad.
∎ Receive guest/visitors cordially and ensure their entertainment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
