Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
∎ Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
∎ Provide accurate information about the company’s services, policies, and facilities.
∎ Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
∎ Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
∎ Assist in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
∎ Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of front-office activities.
∎ Provide administrative support to HR, Admin, and other departments as needed.
∎ Ensure prompt and effective communication with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
∎ Monitor and maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.
∎ Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean and well-maintained.
∎ Assist in organizing company events, training, and meetings.
