Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have minimum Graduate in any discipline preferable in Business Studies from any reputed institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Support through Phone
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Leasing, Banks, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Close supervise and followup of monthly credit installment as per customer file.
∎ Achieving the monthly collection target to liaison with concerned Customer, Territory In-charge and Regional In-charge.
∎ Should be able to good communicating Skill especially to handle the overdue Customer.
∎ Maintaining customer complaints on Excel Sheet and accordingly to notify the concerned authority and solve the problem on priority basis.
∎ Record maintain & reporting.
∎ Liaison with other stakeholders.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3-5 years practical experience in call center/ Tele Marketing.
∎ Should be able to handle telephone inquires.
∎ Incumbents should have expertise in Ms-Office.
∎ Capable to handle to collect monthly Installment.
∎ The incumbent must be willing to work hard with fitness to work long hours.
∎ Must be mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with Customers.
∎ Coping with rural/ different types of people.
∎ Good oral communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable
