∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ The candidate should have a BSc in Civil/ Mechanical/Electrical Engineering / Environment Science and other similar discipline with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognized institution.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regularly inspect the workplace environments and equipment to identify potential hazards and control measures;
∎ Conduct safety risk assessments to determine the level of risk associated with specific hazards;
∎ Take initiatives to reduce emission, waste generation and energy consumption as a protection measures for environment;
∎ Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries;
∎ Provide safety training to employees on topics such as emergency procedures, personal protective equipment and safe work practices;
∎ nvestigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and develop corrective actions based on the findings;
∎ Conduct audits to ensure compliance with environment, health ,safety regulations and company policies;
∎ Coordinate & assist daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance schedule & follow up with service reports;
∎ Collaborate with management and employees to develop and implement the environment, health and safety programs;
∎ Monitor, update and supervise the emergency response teams (fire fighter, rescuer & first aid teams) so that everyone remains prepared for any sudden incident;
∎ Monitor and prepare reports on environment, health & safety incidents, inspections, training and other relevant activities;
∎ Maintain a working relationship with regulatory agencies and ensure that the factory is in compliance with all applicable regulations;
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment;
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action;
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
