Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment process, from order receipt to dispatch.
∎ Oversee the end-to-end process of receiving and managing returned products from e-commerce customers.
∎ Ensure that all returns are accurately inspected, processed, and recorded in the system in a timely manner.
∎ Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure clear communication with customers regarding the return status, refunds, or replacements.
∎ Address customer complaints related to returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Manage the replacement or exchange process for defective or incorrect items, ensuring that the correct items are shipped promptly.
∎ Ensure that returned items in sellable condition are promptly restocked and reflected in inventory.
∎ Manage the reverse logistics operations, including arranging the collection of returned products from customers or third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
∎ Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to optimize the return process and reduce transportation costs.
