Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Pharm /B. Pharm (Professional, 5 years course) from reputed University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all types of regulatory matters of the organization like.
∎ Develop strategies to ensure the organization's activities comply with government regulations.
∎ Ensure submission of recipe, new product registration and registration renewal.
∎ Review and submit export and import related documents (NOC, GMP, Form-10, COPP, FSC) to Drug Administration Department and take necessary steps for approval.
∎ Submit the block list application and monitoring approval activities.
∎ Apply for price calculation and take necessary approval.
∎ Communicate with the Director General of Narcotics Control, Head Office and Regional Office for issuing import and export permission.
∎ Arrange regulatory permission for importing and use of controlled substances.
∎ Submit specimen of product to DTL (Drug Testing Laboratory) & NCL and take necessary steps for approval.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years in regulatory affairs department in Pharmaceutical Company, preferably in veterinary medicine.
∎ Quick decision making capability.
∎ Proactive, Smart, Honest, Sincere and positive attitude.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Basic pharmaceuticals related knowledge.
