Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect feed requisition from Depot, Sales Officer, CBF, Breeder and Local Dealers.
∎ Assist Plant Head to initiate the Production Plan and follow the chart.
∎ Ensure daily FG Stock Maintenance and Stock Reconciliation (Physical vs. ERP).
∎ Ensure the Lot Card Maintenance.
∎ Initiate Vehicle requisition for FG Delivery.
∎ Ensure 1st First Scale and 2nd Scale completion for loading purpose and completion of dispatch.
∎ Make Challan for Depot and Sales.
∎ Ensure Feed Receiving and Delivery Entry in ERP.
∎ Maintain the record of FIFO system.
∎ Prepare Daily FG stock status report and internal transfer report.
∎ Coordinate with Production Supervisor to receive daily FG products.
∎ Ensure safety and healthy environment in store area .
∎ Ensure Effective Utilization of store.
