∎ The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the distribution department, with a focus on bulk distribution across the country.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage shift operations to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of products.
∎ Process customer orders and generate delivery challans accurately using ERP and Tally systems.
∎ Coordinate effectively with sales and production teams to gather updates and provide proactive feedback to customers regarding order status and delivery timelines.
∎ Ensure timely loading of delivery vehicles, closely monitor transit progress, and optimize trips for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Follow established SOPs and ensure all documentation is completed and signed off properly once loading is completed.
∎ Perform daily reconciliation of dispatch data and prepare reports for the line manager on distribution and logistics activities.
∎ We are looking for a potential candidate who will ensure smooth and efficient distribution operations, proactively coordinate with sales and production teams and error-free product deliveries while maximizing customer satisfaction.
