Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with Production department to know about Production plan to prepare delivery plan in advance.
∎ Receive sales demand of finished product from HO sales admin.
∎ Agreement with production /finished goods store to ensure products as per demand.
∎ Communicating with sales department for demand reconciliation.
∎ Prepare proper route planning and discuss with concern supervisor for delivery.
∎ Ensure vehicle from transport department for on time product delivery.
∎ Ensure Loading slip, Invoice, VAT challan & others documents.
∎ Ensure deliverymen at each vehicle and monitoring their activities.
∎ Prepare Delivered & Undelivered report & submit it to Proper authority.
∎ Should able to entering data & preparing of management reports based on computerized inventory / ERP system.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
