Job Context:
∎ We are expecting knowledgeable Persons For Customer Services section
∎ We are looking for “Officer (Customer Services)” For Rani Food Industries Ltd (Rabbi Group) a leading Group of Companies in Bangladesh.
∎ Job Location: Corporate Office, Banani, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer ‘s documents receive & delivery
∎ Phone Call attending
∎ Receiving customer complaint and forwarding the complaint to concern dept.
∎ To provide information to the customer
∎ Listening and understanding of customer’s complaint and have to provide suitable solutions to customers.
∎ Reporting day to day activities to the concern authority
∎ To handle customer with effective communication skills.
∎ To provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in any call center
∎ Experience in relevant field is Preferred
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Good Interpersonal Communication skills.
∎ Should be honest, hard working, enthusiastic, self-motivated
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical skill, problem solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
∎ Must have to multiple tasking ability
∎ Candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with Customer
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented
∎ Good command on computer (Office Application, e-mail and internet browsing.,ERP)
∎ Good command in English & Bangla Language is needed.

Salary: Negotiable
