∎ We are looking for "Officer (Customer Services)" For an Export / Import Company in Bangladesh.
∎ Job Location: Sector:12; Road:11; House:44; Uttara Model Town, Dhaka-1230.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer 's documents receive & delivery
∎ Call attending
∎ Receiving customer complaint and forwarding the complaint to concern dept.
∎ To provide information to the customer
∎ Listening and understanding of customer's complaint and have to provide suitable solutions to customers.
∎ Reporting day to day activities to the concern authority
∎ To handle customer with effective communication skills.
∎ To provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by management.

Salary: Negotiable
