Job Context:
∎ We are expecting knowledgeable Fresher`s For Customer Services section
∎ We are looking for "Customer Service Executive (Office Based)" For an Export / Import Company in Bangladesh.
∎ Job Location: Sector:12; Road:11; House:44; Uttara Model Town, Dhaka-1230.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting with clients via email, phone call, text message or any other social media regularly.
∎ Sourcing new business.
∎ Demonstrating and presenting products.
∎ Receiving customer complaint and forwarding the complaint to concern dept.
∎ Reporting day to day activities to the concern authority.
∎ handling customer with effective communication skills.
∎ Providing excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must good in communication (writing, speaking in English & Bengali).
∎ Call center experience will be added advantage.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
