Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting and signing deed of agreement by the clients.
∎ Ensure client due are timely collected as per agreed payment schedule.
∎ Give reminder to the clients for upcoming necessary schedule.
∎ Issuance of letter to the clients failed to make payment in time.
∎ Categories the overdue payment and take necessary action to realize the same.
∎ Maintain project wise client database.
∎ Deals all sorts of client complaint and query.
∎ Maintain regular communication with clients/ land owners and keep them updated related issues.
∎ Help clients to obtain home loan by proper liaising with the bank and/or other financial institutions
∎ Arrange flat registration in favor of clients
∎ Generate report on assigned function from time to time
