Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive delivery challan and settle bills
∎ Record bill data and import LC into data input into ERP
∎ Prepare LC, TT and CAD documents to facilitate import
∎ Purchase of office stationary.
∎ Visit bank to submit LC documents and shipping documents.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Graduate in business background
∎ 1 or 2 years’ experience in relevant field is preferable
∎ Proficient in MS Office
Salary: Negotiable
