Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle all Import/Export documentation
∎ Handle import/export logistic
∎ Handle all LC related issue
∎ Communicate with import related authorities, and customers and suppliers, in all relevant territories and countries.
∎ Checks supplier's bill and forward to F/A
∎ Capable to handle local & foreign import of any material and their relevant documentation
∎ Prepare necessary statements and report in line with management's requirement
∎ Liaise with concern Suppliers/Vendors to ensure quality products and competitive price
∎ Correspond with overseas office/external parties as and when required
∎ Manage movement of products/equipment/materials in and/or out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and process
∎ Plan strategic and operational processes for import and export activities and other sourcing issues
∎ Communicate with relevant authorities both locally and internationally in order to ensure smooth delivery of imported products
∎ Liaise with relevant government and regulatory bodies in order to handle export operations
∎ Supervise C&F Agent for clearing imported/exported materials from port to factory or vice-versa
∎ Liaise with transportation companies to smooth delivery of materials to factory.
