Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
∎ Manage attendance and monitor student participation.
∎ Develop and update course materials, notes, and presentations.
∎ Plan class schedules and syllabus coverage strategically.
∎ Guide and motivate students to achieve academic goals.
∎ Provide one-on-one mentorship when needed.
∎ Regularly communicate with students and sometimes guardians.
∎ Provide updates on academic progress or upcoming events
∎ Coordinate with other teachers, admin staff, and management.
