∎ M. Com/ MBA in Accounting/ Finance.
∎ Preferred professional Certification: CA (CC).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax Ordinance and VAT Act.
∎ Keep the management up to date with all relevant changes in VAT "Tax regulations and their
∎ Ensure monthly proper TDS & VOS deduction from suppliers' bill, prepare TDS & VDS challans
∎ Publish financial statements in time
∎ Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
∎ Preparing Accounts, Tax and VAT returns
∎ Monitoring spending and budgets
∎ Auditing and analyzing financial performance
∎ Financial forecasting and risk analysis
∎ Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
∎ Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
∎ Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
∎ Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proficient in Tally Software & MS Office package especially in MS Excel.
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ A team player and a good communicator and capable to work under pressure
