Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide students with information about admission process and answer any questions they have
∎ Perform student counselling (face-to-face, WhatsApp, E-mail, Over the phone etc.)
∎ Provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms
∎ Guide students through the application and acceptance process
∎ Coordinate with other departments in the University to finalize enrolments
∎ Update and maintain all the students’ information in the UMS portal
∎ Manage query list and service query request
∎ Process group waiver files
∎ Develop and deliver general information sessions at various events and fairs
∎ Prepare admission reports
∎ Contact existing and prospective student for various issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Bachelor degree from a reputed academic institution
∎ At least 1 year of relevant work experience
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Ability to work as part of a team and independently
∎ Demonstrable planning and organizational skills to deliver results
∎ Good interpersonal and influencing skills
∎ Excellent record keeping skills
