Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Position Overview:
∎ We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Officer, Admin to join our factory located at Gotashia, Monohordi, Narshindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations within our factory setting. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

∎ Major Responsibilities:
∎ ✓ Ensuring factory order and safety.
∎ ✓ Supervising the work of Security Section.
∎ ✓ Ensuring factory setting up, supervision of all furniture, repair and manufacture as necessary.
∎ ✓ Ensuring overall cleanliness and overall maintenance of the factory complex.
∎ ✓ Keeping up-to-date and communication with concerned office of necessary and urgent factory documents like factory all license.
∎ ✓ Making the factory inspection-friendly in case of factory inspection.
∎ ✓Cross checking of overtime registers with attendance registers of sections.
∎ ✓ Liaise with local administration.
