Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring proper administration of Office premises, office equipment, office properties of Chattogram Port;
∎ Responsible for regular attendance monitoring of employees;
∎ Prepare official documents such as Office orders, note sheet, agreement and any other relevant document as and when required;
∎ Ensure proper management of Transport facilities, conduct routine maintenance, renewal of Transport related documents;
∎ Prepare necessary incident reports and communicate with Group Admin;
∎ Assist in arranging various Office events and meetings such as Mezban, relief works, Iftar and any other related events.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
