Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree from any government-approved institute with a minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the renewal & update of all the factory relevant licenses and regulatory compliances on time.
∎ To facilitate conducting of the meeting, workshop, seminar and ensure the entertainment for guest and visitors etc. at factory.
∎ Closely monitor & supervise the housekeeping, cleaning and security system & procedure of BDFP factory.
∎ Facilitate and coordinate special events and employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Provide fast & effective support to employees in case of incident/accident in the factory premises.
∎ Maintain a healthy relationship with govt. non govt. offices and local community for smooth and fast functioning.
∎ Preserve & maintain the official files, legal documents, administrative approvals, records, meeting minutes etc. in a good sequence.
∎ Oversee the guest house management and maintain decent living conditions there.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
