Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the materials required to develop the sample product.
∎ Maintain communication with various vendor & suppliers regarding orders, delivery updates, and quality issues.
∎ Assist in checking the proforma invoice (PI) where needed to ensure the rate, quantity, and amount match the bill of materials (BOM).
∎ Maintain & update the work order through the ERP system based on the requirements.
∎ Assist in preparing various reports as required by the management.
∎ Assist in investigation of the bill of exchange, delivery challan, commercial invoice, PI, material receiving report (MRR), and other necessary document requirements to complete a cycle of order and settling the Bill.
∎ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes.
