∎ অক্ষর জ্ঞান সম্পন্ন হলেই চলবে।
∎ অফিস টেবিল চেয়ার পরিষ্কার করা।
∎ অফিসের পরিচ্ছন্নতা রক্ষা করা।
∎ অফিস ফ্লোর পানি দিয়ে পরিষ্কার করা।
∎ অফিস চত্বর সঠিকভাবে এবং নিয়মিত পরিষ্কার করা।
∎ অফিসের কর্মকর্তা ও কর্মচারীদের খাবার পরিবেশনকরা।
∎ চা কফি তৈরি এবং পরিবেশন করা।
∎ অফিস সময়- সকাল ৮টা থেকে রাত ৮টা।
∎ অর্পিত যেকোনো দায়িত্ব অত্যন্ত যত্ন এবং সততার সাথে করা।
∎ সকালে অফিস খোলা ও অভ্যর্থনা।
∎ গেস্ট সার্ভ করা।
∎ থাকার ব্যবস্থা আছে।
∎ খাওয়া নিজের।
∎ অর্পিত যেকোনো দায়িত্ব অত্যন্ত যত্ন এবং সততার সাথে করা।
