Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Postgraduate in Business/ Management or experience in relevant field .

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates having experience in HR and Admin in Multinational company will be given preference.
∎
∎
∎ Experience in local regulatory requirements to set up business, labour laws, trademark registration will be given preference.
∎
∎
∎ Sourcing Vendors, arranging Quotations & negotiation, P.O releases with required approvals
∎
∎
∎ Calendar Management of GM & reminding events for the day
∎
∎
∎ Coordinate for any Teleconferences
∎
∎
∎ Monthly Reports preparation & sending it as per scheduled timeline
∎
∎
∎ Event Management support for Alltech Events
∎
∎
∎ Travel assistance / support
∎
∎
∎ Coordinating with MIS Department for any necessary MIS Support required from time to time
∎
∎
∎ Attending Meetings, preparing MOM and circulating it to concerned and circulating Minutes within 2-3 days after the meeting
∎
∎
∎ Screening Calls, communicating messages to Reporting Managers
∎
∎
∎ Talking dictations, transcribing and sending it to concern
∎
∎
∎ Coordinating with Finance for Expenses / Claims of the Managers
∎
∎
∎ Any other tasks assigned by General Manager to be handled from time to time
∎
∎
∎ Any other Admin tasks assigned from Management to be handled from time to time
∎
∎ Maintain the professionalism and skills (time management, attention to detail, handling confidential information and
∎ diligent handling of sensitive issues), Should be a go-getter, Should think out of the box (find solutions)

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-10 years of experiences of working in multinational companies.
∎ Computer literacy and fluency in English is a must
