∎ Strong communication skill in English both speaking and writing.
∎ Having sound knowledge in MS Office, Excel,Virtual meeting platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, Skype etc.
∎ Must be self-motivated, dynamic,energetic and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Having good moral/human character. she should have "can do attitude" kind and empathetic,eager to learn eager to teach, energetic, passionate to work.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Draft business letters, emails, personal correspondence, and provide other administrative assistance .
∎ Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Prepare documents for internal and external communication.
∎ Maintain unit or departmental database and related records.
∎ Provide daily administrative support to the team and work on a wide range of office management and project management tasks.
∎ Coordinate with management team, other departments and all wings of the group as per requirement.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
