Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Arrange tables, chairs, and decorations as per the event’s layout plan.
∎ Set up audio-visual equipment, lighting, and other technical requirements.
∎ Greet and assist clients, guests, and vendors during events.
∎ Provide information and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
∎ Ensure compliance with venue policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain the cleanliness of the hall before, during, and after events.
∎ Regularly inspect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas for cleanliness and functionality.
∎ Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
∎ Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals access the venue.
∎ Assist in enforcing safety protocols, including emergency evacuation procedures.
∎ Ensure compliance with fire and health regulations.
∎ Collaborate with vendors, decorators, caterers, and other event service providers.
∎ Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and equipment.
∎ Communicate any changes or challenges to the supervisor promptly.
