Responsibilities & Context:
  • Office Assistant handles organizational and administrative tasks.

  • Their role might involve organizing files, maintaining supplies, welcoming guests, and more.

  • Co-ordination with the manager.

  • Receive & maintain all documents and dispatch them to the concerned end by keeping records.

  • Any other job assigns by the Management from time to time.

  • Maintenance of office equipment.

  • The floor needs to be cleaned.

  • You have to listen to the boss`s commands.
