Responsibilities & Context:
∎ অফিসের দৈনন্দিন পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা নিশ্চিত করা, খাবার পরিবেশন, নথিপত্রের ফটোকপি করা, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ সম্পর্কিত কাজ এবং অফিসের নিরাপত্তা ও সুরক্ষা ব্যবস্থার প্রতি বিস্তারিত মনোযোগ দেওয়া।
∎ অফিসের মূল ফটকে বসা।
∎ ফাইল, ডকুমেন্ট এবং অন্যান্য সামগ্রী নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে পৌঁছে দেওয়া।
∎ অফিসের কর্মকর্তা-কর্মচারীদের চা/কফি/খাবার যত্ন সহকারে এবং পরিচ্ছন্নতা বজায় রেখে পরিবেশন করা।
∎ মিটিং রুম প্রস্তুত করা এবং অফিস এ কোনো গেস্ট আসলে তাদেরকে আপ্যায়ণ করাবাহিরে বিভিন্ন অফিসে কুরিয়ার বা কাগজপত্র পৌঁছানো।
∎ অফিসের আনুষঙ্গিক সামগ্রী (স্টেশনারি, পানি, চা ইত্যাদি) পর্যবেক্ষণ ও প্রয়োজনে পুনঃসরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ দৈনন্দিন বাজার করা ও সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগের কাছে বাজার এর রশীদ সঠিক ভাবে বুঝিয়ে দেয়া।
∎ উর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী বৈধ অন্য যেকোনো কাজ সম্পাদন করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ Pure Earth, a US-based non-profit and international NGO registered in Bangladesh (No: 3366), is a leader in evidence-based solutions for lead pollution in low and middle-income countries. Since 2011, we’ve conducted extensive research, analyzing 197 consumer products and assessing over 300 toxic sites. Collaborating with partners, we’ve supported blood lead level tests for over three thousand children and pregnant women. Our lead remediation initiatives achieved a remarkable 23% to 35% reduction in children’s blood lead levels, while also lowering average soil lead concentrations from 20,000 ppm to 55 ppm. Teaming up with government agencies, we implemented a Health and Pollution Action Plan, and in 2020, formed the Lead-Safe Bangladesh Coalition, comprising NGOs, INGOs, UN, researchers, academicians, and environmental health experts. Together, we’re reducing lead exposure, raising awareness, and implementing solutions to safeguard lives.
