Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Scheduling and Coordination: Office executives schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and organize office supplies and equipment.
∎ (MAJOR) Client Communication: To interact with clients and stakeholders. Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
∎ Backup Receptionist: To serve as the primary backup for the receptionist during lunches, vacations, and sick days.
∎ Office Operations: Organize office procedures, manage facilities, and handle general office needs.
