Education:
Arrange meetings and coordinate appointments by communicating with clients over phone calls, email, and social media platforms.
Perform accurate data entry, maintain company records, and prepare invoices, bills, and office documents using computer software.
Prepare professional presentations, quotations, proposals, and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Manage and update company databases, client information, and event schedules regularly.
Handle official emails, respond to client inquiries, and maintain professional communication with customers.
Maintain and manage the company’s Facebook, Instagram, and other social media pages, including replying to messages and comments promptly.
Assist in creating basic promotional content, banners, and posts for social media and marketing purposes.
Have basic knowledge of photo and video editing software for event photos, reels, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth event operations and office activities.
Maintain office files, documents, and inventory in an organized manner.
Support day-to-day administrative and office tasks as assigned by management.
Prepare event-related documents, client contracts, payment records, and follow-up reports.
Monitor online leads and follow up with potential clients regarding event services.
Ensure timely printing, scanning, photocopying, and documentation support when required.
Assist management in planning schedules, preparing reports, and handling routine office correspondence.
