Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and document handling.
∎ Assist in preparing reports, letters, and basic documentation.
∎ Receive phone calls and visitors, and maintain visitor logs.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and order in the office space.
∎ Support the admin as required.
∎ Monitor and manage office supplies and reordering when necessary.
∎ Data entry and basic record maintenance in Excel/Google Sheets.
∎ Age: 20 to 35 years
∎ Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email).
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla.
∎ Honest, punctual, and hard-working.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
∎ Must be willing to learn and work under supervision.
