∎ Basic Reading and writing knowledge of both Bangla and English is desirable.
∎ 1-2 years prior work experience in similar positions required.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
∎ Proficient in video and picture editing.
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ The selected candidate should exhibit the following competencies: Critical and Creative Thinking, Client Orientation, Communication and Teamwork.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure daily office opening & closing.
∎ Office equipment use & maintenance.
∎ Carry and deliver messages, letters, documents, and other materials internally and externally.
∎ Work as messenger to bank, courier service and other office as and when required.
∎ Picture and video Editing for marketing posts.
∎ Support to the Officer, Finance & Admin for project materials purchase, good received, maintain stock register & materials issue/received.
∎ Assisting office and field activities when necessary
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
