∎ HSC
∎ Skills Required: Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain communication externally and internally.
∎ Monitoring daily proper cleanliness/hygiene throughout the office.
∎ Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
∎ Order and purchase office supplies.
∎ Organize and schedule meetings agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments
∎ Oversee and supervise the work of office support staffs and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
∎ Check and update employee shift plan
∎ Maintain employee attendance record
∎ Submit and reconcile expense reports
∎ Provide information by answering questions and requests
∎ Develop and update administrative systems to make more efficient
∎ Arrange and monitor food arrangement
∎ Presentable, proficient in English and Bangla both written and verbal is a MUST
∎ Can work independently and with minimal supervision
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Must Have knowledge about Microsoft Excel and Word.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
