Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery/Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing Science / Master of Science (M.Sc) in Nursing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange for smoothly running of each nursing station of the hospital
∎ Ensure attendance at work stations of your all subordinates
∎ Prepare monthly duty roster of all Nurses and PCAs
∎ Oversee total activities of your all subordinates
∎ Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures accordingly
∎ Train newly joined Nurses and PCAs regular basis
∎ Ensure nursing operational standards are met according to the hospital’s need
∎ Evaluate performance of Nurses and PCAs
∎ Maintain clean and tidy environment of Nursing Stations, Wards, Lobbies and Cabins
∎ Handle departmental complaints or problems with confidence
∎ Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family and attendants
∎ Make available for all necessary usable medicine, tools and materials in each Nursing Stations
∎ Ensure to preserve records of patients’ files, cases and procedures
∎ Any others task assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ An excellent interpersonal and leadership skill
∎ Candidate must have computer skill
∎ Teaching and training experience is must
Salary: Negotiable
