Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in in Nursing, Master of Science (MSc) in in Nursing
∎ MSc/MPH in Nursing Science.
∎ Must have registration from BNMC.
∎ Skills Required: Classroom management, Communication skill, Education and Training, Education Counseling, English writing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Nursing College, Nursing Instructor
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Teaching:
∎ Prepare Training Plans, Materials, and Lessons.
∎ Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials and actively involved in developing curriculum.
∎ Evaluate student's learning in clinical setting.
∎ Teach student's development and practical skills.
∎ Facilitate clinical seminars with the student's.
∎ Directly observe student's learning activities.
∎ Overall responsible for managing and organizing various exams and classes.
∎ Advising:
∎ Collaborate with the Nurse Manager for student's presence and activities in hospital placement.
∎ All academic responsibilities related to students exam, parents dealing and other duties as required by the position.
∎ Services:
∎ Provide ongoing feedback to Principle / Vice-Principle.
∎ Prepare report and documentation.
∎ Participate in the institute's social and academic programs and meetings
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having relevant experience will be given preference.
∎ Must have well knowledge in Subjective, English and computer skills
∎ Prepared to work as a team member in the manner the best.
∎ Candidates who are well familiar with Subjective, ICT, Basic Computer, Different Software, Fluent in Spoken English, and has strong Communication skills will be given preference.
∎ Strong English speaking skills with ability to successfully convey lessons to the students.
∎ Candidates having relevant experience will be given preference.
∎ Must have strong knowledge in Subjective, English and computer skills.
∎ Ready to work in a team.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary Scale after being permanent and other benefits after completing 1 year service period.
