Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide nursing services to the patients.
∎ Provide intensive care during referring the patient.
∎ Group, family and individual counseling on complication associated with pregnancy and child birth.
∎ Special counseling/continuous/close observation to the patient and their family members for any risk factors associated with health.
∎ Report/brief to Medical Officer regarding condition of the admitted patients.
∎ Ensure cleanliness, keep instruments and equipment serviceable and usable condition
∎ Keep all arrangements ready for infection prevention
∎ Keep all materials for recording and reporting ready for use
∎ Duly fill the referral form (during referral) and consent form to communicate the actual condition of the patient with the referred facility.
∎ Maintain registers/ records of patients.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the authority
∎ Report to: Clinic In-charge/ Medical Coordinator
