∎ Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations in assigned units.
∎ Ensure adherence to hospital policies and nursing protocols.
∎ Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules effectively.
∎ Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and training.
∎ Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
∎ Handle patient and staff complaints and resolve issues promptly.
∎ Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
∎ Monitor stock levels and ensure proper use of equipment and supplies.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation and submit reports as required.
∎ Collaborate with doctors, administrators, and other departments for smooth operations.
