Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the Medical officer for providing basic medical care and treatment to students, faculty, and staff.
∎ Conducting health assessments and screenings, such as blood pressure checks, vaccinations, and basic lab tests.
∎ Responding to medical emergencies on campus and administering first aid when necessary.
∎ Coordinating with emergency services and ensuring a rapid response to critical incidents.
∎ Promoting health awareness through campaigns and informational materials.
∎ Conducting health education programs and workshops for students and staff on topics such as nutrition, stress management, and substance abuse prevention.
∎ Refer students to specialists or external healthcare providers when necessary.
∎ Counselling services and disability support, to ensure holistic student care.
∎ Contributing to policies and programs aimed at improving campus health and safety.
∎ Maintaining accurate and confidential medical records for students and employees.
∎ Advocating for the health and well-being of students and employees within the university community.
∎ Serving as a liaison between students, faculty, staff, and healthcare providers.
