গার্মেন্টস/ফ্যাক্টরির প্রোডাকশন লাইনে দক্ষতার সাথে সুইং মেশিন/সেলাই মেশিন চালানো।
সঠিক মান বজায় রেখে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে লক্ষ্যমাত্রা (Target) অনুযায়ী কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।
ফ্যাক্টরির নিয়ম-কানুন ও নিরাপত্তা নির্দেশিকা মেনে চলা।
