Responsibilities & Context:
Operate and monitor CNC and MCT machines to ensure smooth production.
Set up machines and load/unload raw materials and finished products.
Read and follow technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Measure and inspect products using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
Check product quality and ensure accuracy according to required standards.
Adjust machine settings and report any machine problems or defects to supervisors.
Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and workplace organization.
Follow all safety regulations and maintain efficient production processes.
